Staying environmentally compliant under California’s environmental laws, AllDura’s facility contains:
- An air pollution control system within our coating booths that are ducted to a Regenerative Thermal Oxidation System. This system collects all the volatile organic compounds during the spraying and curing process and burns them up with about a 99% destruction rate.
- Coating booths that are temperature controlled, either pre-heated or cooled, to ensure correct temperature during coating process.
- A water pollution control system consisting of a enhanced oil/water separation system that is in line between our cleaning booth drain and sewer. This system removes free and dispersed non-emulsified oils, solids, and sludge from the water used during the cleaning process. This insures cleaner water to the sewer.
