Limited Warranty Terms<\/h2>

Subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of this Limited Warranty, AllDura (Seller) warrants to the customer (Buyer) that new coils surface treated at the factory or onsite shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of seven and a half (7.5) years from the Application Date. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser (Buyer) of the surface treatment and is nontransferable except to the final equipment owner at the time of original installation. No further transfer shall be permitted. The coil fin pack (coil) encompasses the heat transfer area, header, and tube to the first solder joint.<\/p>

Warranty Registration<\/h2>

In order for the AllDura Limited Warranty to become valid and enforceable, the Limited Warranty must be registered<\/strong><\/a> at www.AllDura.com within thirty (30) days of installation\/startup. All surface treated surfaces must be strictly and properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with the AllDura Post Inspection, Scheduling, and Cleaning Maintenance Procedures. Buyer bears the burden of proof that all registration, post inspection, scheduling, maintenance and cleaning requirements have been strictly complied with. In no event shall AllDura be liable to Buyer, customer or any third party for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of anticipated profits or other economic loss arising for any reason whatsoever.<\/p>

Authorization<\/h2>

No person, including any agent or salesperson, has the authority to expand AllDura\u2019s (Seller) obligations beyond the Limited Warranty terms set forth herein or to state that the performance of the surface treatment is other than that published by AllDura (Seller). Any conflicting terms or conditions contained in any purchase order or other document are expressly objected to and rejected by AllDura (Seller).<\/p>

Quoting and Environmental Disclosure<\/h2>

In any request for quotation, Buyer is responsible for disclosing all potentially harmful or corrosive environments to which the surface treated coil may be exposed. Such environments include, but are not limited to, wastewater treatment facilities, food or agricultural processing plants, chemical processing facilities, and environments containing ammonia, sulfur compounds, or other airborne contaminants. Failure to disclose such conditions shall render this Limited Warranty void.<\/p>

Limitations and Exclusions<\/h2>

This Limited Warranty does not cover material or labor costs for the following:<\/p>

  1. Any replacement coil or HVAC unit<\/li>
  2. Labor to remove or replace a coil or HVAC unit<\/li>
  3. Freight or transportation costs<\/li>
  4. Refrigerant loss, recovery, or recharging costs<\/li>
  5. Manufacturing defects of the coil or fin assembly<\/li>
  6. Damage originating internally, including corrosive liquids or gases within the HVAC system<\/li>
  7. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper or negligent maintenance, intentional abuse, accidents, mechanical damage, acts of nature, acts of war, vandalism, or wind-driven sand that compromises the integrity of the surface treatment applied for external corrosion protection only.<\/li>
  8. Refrigerant leakage at solder joints or rupture of tubing<\/li>
  9. Damage resulting from improper cleaning methods, including the use of wire brushes, unauthorized chemicals, or abrasive products<\/li>
  10. Failure caused by improper installation of the coil<\/li>
  11. Failure of any pre-existing paint or coating applied to the substrate<\/li>
  12. Crevice or Galvanic corrosion on cabinets due to manufacturing process<\/li>
  13. Failure or damage resulting from improper system design, improper coil sizing or selection, inadequate airflow, improper drainage, operating conditions outside manufacturer specifications, or incompatibility with the HVAC system or application<\/li>\n<\/ol>

    Warranty Services and Remedies<\/h2>

    If Buyer provides written notice to AllDura within the seven and a half (7.5) year Limited Warranty period of an alleged defect in the surface treatment, including supporting photographs and complete cleaning maintenance records, and AllDura determines in its sole discretion that the surface treatment is defective, AllDura may, at its sole option:<\/p>
